In ninth grade for most students: every posted term grade contributes to a cumulative GPA stored in integer milli-points, and the transcript carries a permanent-retention floor set by state statute. The COPPA finite-clock sweep does not expunge a transcript below that floor.
Is the GPA calculation reproducible?
